Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with tags still attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at 303-360-7216 or camellowesternwear@gmail.com to receive a pre-paid return label.
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Allow 2-3 business days for processing.
Exchanges
Items can be exchanged for a different size or color within 30 days of purchase.
To exchange, please bring or ship the original item to us and we will provide the replacement item.
Sale items can only be exchanged for items of equal or higher value.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase for any returns or exchanges.
